Terms and Conditions - Mr Pest Control Dubai

1. Services Provided

Mr Pest Control Dubai provides professional pest management, disinfection, and maintenance services. All treatments are carried out by Dubai Municipality (DM) certified technicians using approved chemicals and protocols.

2. Booking and Appointments

Inspections: Preliminary inspections may be free or paid depending on the property type and location, as agreed upon during the inquiry.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a call-out fee.
Access: The client must ensure that our team has safe access to all areas of the property at the scheduled time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Preparation: Clients must follow the “Pre-Treatment Instructions” provided by our team (e.g., covering food, moving furniture, or vacating the premises if required).
Post-Treatment: Clients must adhere to safety wait times before re-entering treated areas. Mr Pest Control Dubai is not liable for health issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
Information: You must disclose any known allergies, sensitive occupants (infants/seniors), or pets before the service begins.

4. Payments and Refunds

Invoicing: Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
VAT: In accordance with UAE Federal Law, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all service charges.
Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. If a treatment is ineffective within the warranty period, we will provide a re-treatment at no additional cost.

5. Service Warranty and Guarantee

Warranty Period: Our warranty (e.g., 6 months for termites, 3 months for cockroaches) applies only if the property is maintained according to our hygiene recommendations.
Limitations: The warranty is void if a third party applies other chemicals to the treated area or if structural issues (leaks, cracks) contributing to the infestation are not repaired by the client.

6. Liability

While we take maximum care, Mr Pest Control is not liable for damage to property that is already structurally compromised by pests (e.g., termite-damaged wood or rodent-chewed wires).
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the presence of pests.

7. Compliance with UAE Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations set forth by the Dubai Municipality. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

8. Modifications

Mr Pest Control Dubai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
